By registering for Black Forest Fusion you understand & agree to be bound to these Terms & Conditions at all times.

Disclaimer

We would like to remind you that dancing is an aerobic and physical activity, and that participation is at your own risk. The Black Forest Fusion organisers cannot accept responsibility for any claim, injury, loss or damage which may occur from your participation in the Black Forest Fusion.

Participation options

There is only one kind of ticket for Black Forest Fusion 2025 Summer Edition:

• Full pass: This ticket includes 6 nights of accommodation and food.

Tickets are not shareable in general.

Refund policy

Tickets are not refundable and are not transferable - except to people from the waiting pool. If you have a ticket and won’t be able to join us, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will help to find someone to take your ticket. You have found a bat.

Admission

Participants have to be at least 18 years old or have to be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.

Organisers and volunteers have a right to work in a safe and non-threatening environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or contact with any person who displays verbal, physical and/or threatening behaviour towards our staff.

All dancers at Black Forest Fusion have the right to enjoy dancing in a safe and enjoyable environment where appropriate etiquette and behaviours are expected. We reserve the right to ask any person who displays inappropriate (dance floor) behaviour towards our participants to leave the event.

Black Forest Fusion reserves the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to any part of the event.

Changes

The Black Forest Fusion organisers reserve the right to make any change to schedule, venues & prices without prior notice.

Filming and Photography

We believe that it is easier to freely express ourselves when we are not being watched by a camera or listened to by a recording device. Therefore, we ask you to keep filming and photography to a minimum and be sensitive to the context and the people around you. Please also make sure to ask permission of everybody who is in the frame of your pictures or videos and in range of your microphones, especially if you plan to publish the material on Social Media.
