The team of Black Forest Fusion does not use any of the automatically collected or voluntarily entered data for any purpose other than organizing the Black Forest Fusion event. We do not transfer the data to any other party. Which data we collect and how we intend to use it is described in the three sections below.
When you use our website usage data will be logged automatically on the webserver. This data consists of:
This data will be stored for 14 days and is then automatically deleted.
We use this data only to optimize the presentation of the website while you are visiting it.
Your personal data entered in the registration form (name, e-mail address, checked options and amout you would like to pay) will be stored savely for the duration of the participant lottery. The data will not be used in any way during the lottery, which will be decided in a random process. We will only use the data in order to notify you once you have been accepted and provide the relevant information to you.
If you register, we assume that you would like to be put on the waiting list if you are not selected in the first round. Therefore we are keeping your data until the start of the event. If you don't wish to stay on the waiting list, simply send an email with your request to: contact@blackforestfusion.com. We will then delete your data immediately.
Further information you have provided during your registration and afterwards will be used to plan the event and keep you informed about it. We will delete all data after the event is over unless you give us explicit permission (for example if you want to be informed next time we are planning an event).
